Goss Springs is pleased to provide a new waterjet cutting service of up to 1200mm x 1200mm diameter and 100mm in thickness in a variety of different materials ranging from metals, plastics, marble, tile, carpet, granite, glass, rubber, mirror and more.

WaterJet Cutting is a method of cutting materials using a highly pressured jet of water, reaching pressures of up to 60,000 PSI. Softer products such as foam can be cut with water alone; however for denser materials, such as steel or glass, an abrasive product is added.

We are currently  using the most up to date waterjet cutting machine on the market and the industries served range from Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and General applications. It is ideal for flat formed prototype work or larger production runs where time is in the essence. as it provides quicker turnarounds at a fraction of the cost compared to Press tooling or other tooling means.
