A high efficient quality system has been developed based on Goss Springs’ decades of experience supplying to the aerospace, automotive, defence, medical and electronics industries. The rigorous system is adaptable to meet almost any individual customer specific requirements.

Inspection checks are conducted throughout all stages of manufacture from goods inwards to despatch.

Standard inspection procedures involve first offs, in process and final checks before a product is released to a customer.

Additional quality assurance procedures can be implemented upon request or recommendations.

Inspections are carried out using the latest measuring equipment available, ranging from basic hand held equipment, to highly accurate video measuring machines (VMMs).

PPAP, FAIR, and ISIR certification is available on request.

The latest process control systems monitor and even adjust production to ensure the highest level of manufacturing is maintained at all times.

Batch testing is carried out as standard but, additionally, inspection of each part can be carried out under controlled conditions when required.

Many instruments used are calibrated in-house. Some is so specialised that it manufactured by Goss Springs.
